66% raised issues of distance: they prefer a donation exercise with a mobile blood bank
66% think awareness is poor or can be improved
12% complained about the attitude of blood bank personnel

From these results, pain, ignorance and fear constitute the major inhibitions towards donation. Definite steps must therefore be taken to tackle them.
